Our synthetic thatch and our state of the art engineered aluminum frame combine to make an almost indestructible tiki hut. We manufacture our tiki hut frame from aluminum tube that we forge knuckles into, powder coated and faux finish to make it resemble actual bamboo.

We offer a 20 year guaranteed synthetic thatch. It is called "Dura-Thatch™". Dura-Thatch™ comes with a manufacturer's 20 year warranty. It is designed specifically for tiki huts, tiki bars, cabanas and papalas. Its use in high temperature and humid environments is superior to the natural thatch currently being used. This synthetic thatch has the look, feel, and even the rustling sound of natural thatch and it is UV protected to keep it looking great for years! Dura-Thatch™ is the perfect replacement for natural thatch which has a 3 to 5 year life span.
